Middle School Newsletter- March
This month, we are focusing on the theme of Mindfulness—exploring how being present and aware can enhance our mental well-being, help us manage stress, and improve our overall focus. Mindfulness practices should be incorporated both in and outside the classroom. Take this opportunity to pause, reflect, and make mindfulness a part of our daily lives! Let’s embrace the power of being present and foster a positive, balanced mindset throughout March.
We will be having a Pep Bus for this weeks 56th District Tournament games in Estill Co. We will be taking permission slips tomorrow.
