Health Fair The fall freshman health fair was a success. The students worked hard to showcase their health topics. Congratulations to the top presenters: Casey Duncil, Roxanne Childers, Emily Barrett, Kara McIntosh, Alyssa Goe, and Heather Tutt.

Beta Rush Week December 9th-13th
The Lee County Middle School Cheer team competed at KAPOS Region 14 cheer competition on December 1st. They competed in the 2 1/2 minute routine portion and brought home the 2nd place trophy! We are beyond proud of the hard work and dedication of these girls and can’t wait to see how they improve for next year’s competition.

Lee County Middle High School will be hosting its 3rd annual Cookbook Showcase tomorrow November 26th in the High School Lunchroom from 1:30-3 pm. Middle School students will bring their recipes to sample on this day. Cookbooks with students' recipes will be on sale for $12 at the event. Families and friends of Middle School students are invited to attend. Please check in at the High School Office and bring your Drivers License for check in. Come hungry!
Lee County Middle High School will also be hosting a school play in the Sedley Stewart Auditorium on November 26th beginning at 6pm. The play is entitled Heartaker and will be played by our very own high school Drama class, Admission will be $5 per person, or $10 per family.

Students in Mrs. Caudill’s 8th grade ELA class enjoyed a fun circle writing activity. Students used each other’s computers to keep adding to original stories and then got to read the final stories together. This is an awesome way for students to practice several different literacy skills!
Please join our middle school students as they showcase their recipes in the third edition of our cookbook. You can sample the foods they chose to submit and take home a copy of the cookbook for only $12.
Kona Ice will be at Lee County Middle High School tomorrow November 21, 2024. Prices will be $3, $5, or $7. Don't forget to send money with your students.
Algebra 1 students are working on calculating simple and compound interest and was able to decide which of these options were the best choice when financing a car.
