Coach Hall and The Lee Co Runcats Cross Country team traveled to Morgan Co. to compete in the Sorghum run on Sep 28. Jack Fox led the boys varsity team, placing 13th out of 35 runners. Serenity Cornett and Weslyn McIntosh both won medals for placing top 6 in their divisions. Weslyn McIntosh brought home 1st place overall in the girls varsity race. This is Weslyn’s second win in a row. The team’s next meet is Thursday, Sep 30 at Riverside.

Congratulations to the Lee County Cross Country team and Coach Hall! The team traveled to compete at Letcher Central Saturday with Weslyn McIntosh bringing home a 1st Place win in Girls Varsity 5K and Kaiden Todd with a 2nd Place in Boys 2K. Serenity Cornett placed 4th in Girls 2k and Riley Hall, Lucien Benton, Jack Fox, and Evan Rowe all placing in the top 10 of the Boys 5K. Congratulations team!
